As promised I ran 3 miles in the morning… did a 10 min mile, which I know is really slow, but I needed to start somewhere.
Now getting excited to get back to the office and helping patients and adjusting peoples subluxations!
I must take this moment to say how important it will be to do the extras besides working out to stay healthy.
These “extras” include:
1. Monthly chiropractic treatments
2. Foam Rolling…aka self myofascial release
3. Stretching…..
4. Correct supplementation
